FCi Federal routinely provides program support services to numerous federal agencies. We assist agency leadership with administrative tasks that include developing correspondence; answering telephones; managing calendars; providing presentation support; preparing and editing documents; and providing a wide range of administrative services to executive staff. This support includes making travel arrangements and processing travel requisition forms; collecting and processing Time and Attendance reports; and, coordinating meetings, calendars and conference rooms using MS Office scheduling tools such as Outlook. We also receive and distribute mail, provide delivery services, and manage supply rooms for large facilities.
As part of our Operation Management support, FCi Federal also provides higher level program management support. We bring highly relevant expertise and experienced leadership to support Government agencies in planning, implementing, and assessing mission-support programs. We have expertise in plan development, policy and procedure management, data collection and analysis, scorecard development, quality assurance, change management, and program assessments to assist Government program managers in meeting schedules, budgets, and performance objectives.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection:
For the CBP Advanced Training Center, FCi Federal provides a full range of administrative support to the Mission Division. We manage office operations, including compiling and preparing information and reports, providing telephone support, and scheduling meetings. We summarize and tabulate a variety of information and data for inclusion in various reports, create and set up file folders, and file various documents in accordance with applicable filing procedures. We receive all incoming telephone calls and provide assistance or direct the call to the appropriate office/staff member and prepare correspondence, status reports, schedules and technical reports in final format from typed or handwritten drafts. We also assist other staff members in researching, gathering and compiling material for briefings, talking papers and executive summaries for use by management at meetings and conferences.
FCi Federal has in-depth experience in mail management including support for incoming/outgoing mail operations, courier services, and agency publications warehouse management and distribution programs. We offer mail services as part of larger production operations or as a standalone service. Our mail processing approach meets agency objectives of proper, secure handling; maintaining accurate mail counts and postage cost allocation; and delivery of correspondence to the appropriate destination within the required timeframes. We have experience working with a variety of agency mail management and mail accounting business intelligence tools.
In addition to mail operations, FCi Federal provides both analytical support and program management support for agency mail management programs. For example, on the USCG Mail Management Program, FCi Federal supports metric collection, data analysis, scorecard development, reporting, and drafting recommendations for increased program effectiveness for 31 Mail Centers and 462 Mail Service Locations.
