For the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), FCi Federal provides operations management and professional services support to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on multiple programs. We deliver mission critical support that enables Government adjudicators to review millions of applications annually, conduct interviews, prevent fraud, properly adjudicate cases to meet regulatory timelines, and ultimately conduct naturalization ceremonies to swear in our new citizens. On both the Service Center Operations Support Services (SCOSS) contract and the Field Office Support Services (FOSS) contracts, FCi Federal delivers full lifecycle operations management services for USCIS immigration eligibility determination and adjudication decisions. Our operations management services are coordinated across 80+ locations and include mail operations, fee collection, data entry, file operations, fraud detection support, delivery of interview-ready cases, and naturalization ceremony support.
In addition, FCi Federal supports the mission of the Department of State in immigrant and non-immigrant visa processing. We perform constituent inquiry response, records management, data management, administrative support, quality control, statistical and program analysis, and correspondence support. FCi Federal also supports the Department of State in FOIA case processing and we assist in effectively managing records that contain sensitive national security information.
