Providing Eligibility and Adjudication Support Services To Critical Mission Programs

FCi Federal brings highly relevant expertise and experienced leadership in providing support throughout the adjudication lifecycle. We assist in the preparation of applications through numerous process stages, including receiving petitions and applications, data entry, file creation, data retrieval and tracking, correspondence support, and preliminary application assessment services. FCi Federal further provides for credential and certificate creation, production, and delivery, constituent interaction where follow-up information is required and ultimately, dissemination of final decisions. FCi Federal currently supports the USCIS on numerous contracts including:



• The Service Center Operations Support Services (SCOSS) contract, where we provide adjudication support services at the Vermont Service Center and the California Service Center and the Field Office Support Services (FOSS) contract where we manage and provide mail, data entry, file operations, adjudication and naturalization ceremony support services to over 70 district offices nationwide.



• We also work with the U.S. Coast Guard providing certification adjudication support services to the National Maritime Center and the National Vessel Documentation Center.
